# Push Notification Simple Setup
Create new project PushNotification
react-native init PushNotification
Put following in index.android.js
import React, { Component } from 'react';
import {
AppRegistry,
StyleSheet,
Text,
View,
Button
} from 'react-native';
import PushNotification from 'react-native-push-notification';

this.NewNotification = this.NewNotification.bind(this);
}

PushNotification.configure({
// (required) Called when a remote or local notification is opened or received
onNotification: function(notification) {
console.log( 'NOTIFICATION:', notification );
},
// Should the initial notification be popped automatically
// default: true
popInitialNotification: true,

# Navigating to scene from Notification
Here's a simple example to demonstrate that how can we jump/open a specific screen based on the notification. For example, when a user clicks on the notification, the app should open and directly jump to notifications page instead of home page.
